I was amazed by the hotel owner's resourcefulness. I had trouble finding the right bus and he went out of his way to help me figure it out. He even provided great recommendations for food and helped me get discount lift tickets. The level of service was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to the ski slopes and local amenities. This hotel is perfect for Christmas! The onsen was really nice, it was warm and very cozy. The breakfast was quite tasty and had plenty of options.

The room wasn't the best. It was a bit cramped and didn't have enough space for all of our stuff.

Located just a short stroll from the main bus stop, this cozy hotel is conveniently close to restaurants, attractions, and even the train station. The traditional Japanese rooms are spacious and comfortable, complete with en-suite bathrooms. The service is exceptional, with the owner and his wife making sure every guest feels at home. And the breakfast is a treat, catering to vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Plus, the onsen is the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring.

Some guests might find the temperature of the 大浴場 to be a bit too warm.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the bus station where we could take shuttles to other ski resorts. It was also very close to many good restaurants, and not far from the slopes. The hotel facilities were great and the cleanliness was impressive. Our room was spacious and cozy, and the buffet breakfast had a lot of delicious options to choose from. The staff was always helpful and friendly, making our experience even better.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was conveniently situated near the central bus station, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including a good Wi-Fi connection that allowed me to stay connected during my stay. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including delicious fried eggs prepared fresh for each guest.

Enjoyable New Year’s at hotel with great amenities and prime location. Complimentary breakfast and onsen were much appreciated. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants made for easy exploration. Room was cozy and comfortable.

Walls were too thin, leading to loud noises from other rooms and hallways. Could be bothersome for light sleepers.
